How long do I have to wait for my parcel?

When in stock, we tend to ship products within 1-2 business days. Depending on the post, it should arrive with you within 3-5 business days.

Dispatch: 1–2 working day turnaround for in-stock parts.
Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all country-specific taxes and customs clearance fees.
Transit Damage: All packages must be inspected upon delivery; report any damage within 48 hours to qualify for a claim.

What if I've selected the wrong model for my Headlight Vent Kit?

Please notify us within 12 hours by emailing astonkeeperuk@gmail.com stating your order number and what model you require. On most occasions, we are able to swap your kit for the right one. Otherwise, we will void the purchase and you can purchase the correct one separately. If the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to swap them out, so you'll have to start a return process.

Can I order a part to be sent to my garage instead of me?

Yes! Just make sure that the delivery address matches that of your garage and it'll go there. It will still be addressed to you, so make sure your garage knows to expect a parcel.

Do you take returns?

This very much depends on the product - it'll say in the description whether it is or is not. This has to do with ensuring the quality of the product.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Standard Returns (Changed your mind?)

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return.
Condition: Parts must be unused, ungreased, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions: Special-order items or electrical components that have been plugged in/installed cannot be returned unless faulty.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Immediate Faults: If a part is defective upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours.
Professional Diagnosis: For warranty claims on fitted parts, we require a diagnostic report or invoice from a qualified garage.

How to Initiate a Return

Email: AstonKeeperUK@gmail.com with your Order Number and VIN.
Pack: Ensure the part is securely boxed (Parts must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must not have been fitted or greased.).
Send: Post to: Aston Keeper Ltd, Returns Dept, Unit 9 Causeway Connect, Lagonda Way, Staines, TW18 3FE, Surrey and include your invoice or order number.
